The Director of Product Management will be the leading force behind Radio Mobile Access’ product strategy and execution, combining feedback from sales, marketing, engineering, support, customers and prospects to set the strategic goal, and lead the execution on new features and products.  This is an important and strategic role within our start-up company, and our expectations are equally high.  The Director of Product Management will gather, and prioritize product requirements, in alignment with the customer’s requirements. He/she will work with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that our product supports our business model.

The Director of Product Management is expected to:

• Create and manage the overall Product Management process at Radio Mobile Access
• Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development and the market
• Lead our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
• Develop requirements documents, and use cases for new product features
• Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features
• Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features
• Become an expert on similar products in the marketplace
• Be a go-to person, and strategic leader within the company
• Attract talent to build a PM team from scratch

Desired experience and expertise:

• Experience as a Product Manager/Director for LTE eNB (e-node)  is a MUST
• Experience in creating and defending LTE eNB RFP/RFI responses (both technical and commercial aspects) is a MUST
• Experience in the entire sales process for LTE eNB is a MUST
• Experience in eNB software and hardware components, and architecture
• Deep contacts and relationships with the wireless service providers around the globe
• Experience with agile development processes and product release cycles
• "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, startup attitude
• Natural ability to relate to customers and prospects
• Ability to effectively work with different people across a team of architects

Education and References:

• Master’s degree in EE, CS. Additionally, an MBA is a plus
• Strong references

Note: Relocation assistance will be provided for the successful candidate, if required.  Also, product management experience in LTE eNB is a MUST have qualification for this job.
