Job Description

The successful candidate will be the LTE eNB software architect in a high potential start-up. He/she will be responsible for Radio Resource Management (RRM) software development, RRM framework definition, and RRM algorithm generation. Working with other software architects (e.g. MAC/Scheduler), and product management, this person will spearhead the introduction of new ideas into the LTE eNB product.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and energetic individual. Prior experience in a start-up is a plus. He/she must have in-depth knowledge of 3GPP RAN standards for LTE and LTE-A. He/she will be a high impact individual contributor, innovator (who can develop a valuable patent portfolio), independent thinker, and a technology visionary.

Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate as necessary.

Desired Skills & Experience

The candidate MUST have the following skills and experiences:

Strong analytical skills in algorithm development and simulation in Matlab.

Experienced in RRM, SON, and RF engineering.

Strong C or C++ programming skills.

Relevant experience in LTE/3G product development.
